What is NOT allowed: We do not allow our product to be sold on other websites. Absolutely no resellers on Amazon, eBay, or any other websites. By submitting this form, you agree to these terms. Any violation will result in immediate termination of wholesale account.

MAP Policy: All resellers must comply with our MAP (minimum advertised pricing) Policy. Policy and pricing details can be found in the Wholesale portal. Storefront: You may run store discounts, promotions, and coupons at your cost and discretion. Online: As stated above, online sales are NOT permitted and we are not accepting any online-only seller applications.

Wholesale Pricing: All applications will be reviewed and approved prior to releasing wholesale pricing.

Requirements: You will be required to submit a copy of your resale permit in order to be approved.

Order Minimum: There is no minimum order, however free shipping will apply at anything over $200.00.
